Prepare documents before requesting quotes
Gather current drawings, specifications and available quantities. Explain which documents are complete and which are still being developed. Include site access, utility connections and previous works. Share the documents when the firms contact you.
Request the same scope from every builder
Provide the same project version and request itemised quantities, prices and exclusions. Separate the house, garage, pool and external works. If a firm proposes another material or system, ask it to identify the difference and its budget impact; compare more than the final total.
Review organisation and terms before choosing
Ask for comparable project references, actual availability and a phased schedule. Clarify trade coordination, change approval and payment milestones. Your technical adviser should check the quote against the design. Constructores.com facilitates introductions; it does not carry out or supervise construction.
