When registering a construction company, we request the signed contract, the REA certificate where legally required and the civil liability insurance documents specified for the collaboration. We review the documents provided and record their status; the company must keep them current and report any changes. This review does not certify the quality of the work or guarantee coverage for a particular claim.
To activate the collaboration, email hola@constructores.com your signed contract, a current REA certificate where legally required, and current public liability insurance with evidence of payment. If you are not required to register with the REA, provide a signed declaration and supporting documents for review before activation. Keep these documents current and email renewals. Document review does not certify the quality of the works or guarantee cover for a claim.
If the contract has ended, the collaboration is suspended, your REA registration is not current when mandatory or the circumstances justifying its exemption have changed, or your insurance is not current and paid up, you may not accept new works referred by Constructores.com. You must report any non-payment or loss of cover. Receiving a request in error does not authorise its acceptance or reactivate the collaboration.
