2. Purpose of the Platform
Constructores.com provides advertising, introductions and commercial follow-up of requests. It handles requests and facilitates communication with up to three companies based on location, specialism and availability. It does not review or assess quotations, choose the company for the client or intervene in carrying out the work. No contract award or response from companies is guaranteed.
3. Use of the Platform
Use the Platform in accordance with the law, the Terms and Conditions and good faith. Entering false information, impersonating others, infringing third-party rights, publishing unlawful content or using the service to collect other people's data is prohibited. Cyberattacks, malicious code and uses that prevent the Platform from operating are not permitted.
4. Intellectual property and links
The design, code, text, trademarks, logos and other content belong to Constructores.com or its licensors. Their use must respect intellectual and industrial property rights. User-provided content and simulator results are governed by the Terms and Conditions. Links to third-party sites have their own terms and policies; Constructores.com does not control their content or their data processing.
5. Content and complaints
You may report allegedly unlawful content or make a complaint about our service at hola@constructores.com, providing your contact details, the content's address or request reference and the reason. We will review the communication and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the content, informing its contributor of the reasons. Complaints about performance of the works must be addressed to the contracted construction company. The official complaint forms mentioned in the Terms and Conditions can be requested at the same email address.
6. Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and the management of preferences are explained in the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice through ‘Manage consent’ in the footer.
7. Rights and applicable legislation
This notice and the Terms and Conditions do not limit consumers' non-waivable rights or any liabilities imposed on Constructores.com by law for its own service. Spanish law and the court jurisdiction provided for in the Terms and Conditions apply.
