How much does it cost to build a house?
The land, architectural project and scope affect the cost. The calculator lets you explore house features using Constructores.com's bands, from 1,650 to 1,950 €/m² according to quality level. A swimming pool is added separately for 15,000 €.
The result provides initial guidance. A real proposal must assess the documents and specific conditions of your project, as well as identify taxes and exclusions.
How much does a renovation cost?
The amount depends on what is being renovated and the property's condition. Updating finishes, renovating with new installations and completely rearranging the layout require different work.
We do not yet publish our own table of verified renovation prices. Request proposals with the same scope and ask for measurements, materials, equipment and taxes to be itemised.
Compare the total investment, not just a price per square metre
Check whether the price includes technical services, permits, utility connections, waste disposal or equipment. The price per square metre does not explain these differences on its own.
Real, verified data are more valuable than a generic range. As a validated proprietary database becomes available, the platform may publish references with a date, scope and method. Today, the basis for hiring is each company's specific offer.
