The owner of www.constructores.com (the ‘Platform’) and controller of the data obtained through cookies is PLATAFORMA CONSTRUCTORES WEB, S.L. (‘Constructores.com’), tax identification number B44589281, with its address at C/ Lepant, 270, 08013 Barcelona and email address hola@constructores.com. This Cookie Policy complements the Privacy Policy and is issued in compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide on the use of cookies.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser or device to remember information about their visit (for example, their preferences or whether they have given consent) and, in some cases, to recognise their device on subsequent visits or on other websites. In this Policy we also use the term ‘cookies’ to refer to similar technologies with the same function, such as pixels, tags, device identifiers or browser local storage.
3. Types of cookies
3.1. By who manages them
- First-party cookies: sent from a domain managed by Constructores.com.
- Third-party cookies: sent from a domain managed by another entity (for example, Google or Cloudflare), which processes the data obtained in accordance with its own policies.
3.2. By purpose
- Functional or necessary cookies: enable browsing and use of the Platform's basic functions (submitting forms, remembering your cookie choice, protecting the website against attacks and automated traffic). They are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI and are installed when necessary for the requested function.
- Preference cookies: remember options you have chosen (for example, language or region) to offer a personalised experience. They are only installed with your consent, unless you have chosen those options yourself.
- Statistics cookies: allow us to count visits and identify the most viewed pages, the source of traffic and how forms and simulators work, in order to improve the Platform. They require your consent.
- Marketing cookies: store information about your browsing to show content or advertising tailored to your interests and measure their effectiveness, for example through embedded YouTube videos when enabled. They require your consent.
3.3. By how long they remain active
- Session cookies: deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies: remain on the device for the period indicated in the following table or until you delete them.

The language is determined by the address of the page visited. No language or region cookie is stored. Hosting security services may use additional technical cookies where necessary to protect a requested function; you can consult their details in Cloudflare's cookie policy.
4.2. Optional cookies
Google Analytics loads on www.constructores.com only after you accept Statistics. It measures visits and use of forms and generators. Preference and marketing cookies are not enabled. A choice made before Analytics was introduced does not activate it: we request a new choice.

Google receives browsing data and cookie identifiers to produce statistics. We do not send request contents or photographs as parameters of the events we have configured. We do not enable Google Signals or ad personalization. When you withdraw consent, we block measurement and delete statistics cookies accessible from this domain.
Complianz cookies (cmplz_*) from the previous website are not used in this version. The new panel replaces that manager and removes its values accessible on this domain when you save your choice.
5. Consent: how to accept, reject or configure cookies
When you first access the Platform, the ‘Manage consent’ panel is displayed, where you can, with equal ease and at the same level: ‘Accept’ all cookies, ‘Reject’ all non-functional cookies, or ‘View preferences’ to choose by category and ‘Save preferences’. Until you decide, only functional cookies are installed. Continuing to browse, scrolling the page or closing the panel without choosing does not constitute acceptance.
Your choice is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which you will be asked again. You may change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, through the ‘Manage consent’ link in the Platform's footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Access to the Platform and quote requests are not conditional on accepting non-functional cookies.

Google and hosting and security providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. 7. Legal basis, purposes and retention
Statistics cookies are used on the basis of your consent (Article 22.2 of the LSSI and Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) to measure use of the Platform. Necessary cookies enable the functions you request. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the inventory above. You can withdraw consent from the footer and exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy at hola@constructores.com.
8. Updates to this Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when the cookies used or applicable legislation change. The current version, including its date, will always be published on the Platform. If changes involve new purposes requiring consent, we will ask for it again through the cookie panel.
