A complete renovation or specific changes?
Define whether you need to replace all installations or focus only on the kitchen, bathroom and finishes. Identify what works and what you want to keep to avoid a quote that does not match your priorities.
Share the approximate floor area, current layout and any limitations you know about. Plans or measurements will help companies prepare comparable proposals.
The building matters too
State the floor, whether there is a lift and access conditions for materials and waste. Explain whether the home will be occupied during the work and which areas must remain usable.
The company and technical advisers must assess possible effects on communal elements and the necessary procedures. Before starting, coordinate working conditions with the relevant parties.
- Access and protection of communal areas.
- Organisation of supplies and waste disposal.
- Conditions for using the home during the building work.
- Installations to be kept or replaced.
How much does it cost to renovate a flat?
Floor area alone does not determine the price. The condition of installations, changes to layout and finishes affect the scope. Ask for itemised quotes and compare the work included.
We do not yet have our own table of verified renovation prices by size. A proposal for your home, with specific measurements and materials, is the basis for making decisions.
