If you have just bought or are still deciding

If you cannot be on site
Explain who can provide access for visits and when you will travel. Before hiring, agree with the company how you will receive updates, approve materials and authorise changes. The local representative provides commercial follow-up; technical supervision and construction are the responsibility of the professionals you appoint.
Language, location and comparable proposals
You can specify any Spanish province, including Barcelona or Madrid. The exact municipality, specialism and availability determine the options. State your preferred contact language: we will check whether it can be accommodated, without promising that every company speaks it.
Ask companies to quote for the same scope and check currency, taxes, exclusions and documentation. Agree the language of the quotation and contract before signing. Submitting a request is free; any technical services you commission separately have their own terms.
