Plan resources without tying up teams
Another official communication dated 5 October places Plan Vive at more than 16,500 homes across 27 municipalities. This signals a regional pipeline, but it should not automatically be added to Valdecarros's 13,300 because some areas or programmes may overlap. The figure is useful for prospecting developers and lots; personnel, machinery and subcontractors should be reserved only after confirming the file, award or contract and a realistic start date.
